About this mod Machine translation
Physically crush weapons, armor, and junk into scrap and recycle components using a giant, physically moving punch press.

Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE):
Original address:
Build a scrap press and scrap items in your settlement workshop. As shown in the video above, the machine actually moves, quickly crushing not only trash but also weapons and armor, converting them into components.
The machine calculates and returns the exact material quantity of the scrap item based on the same quantity you get when disassembling the scrap item on the workbench.
Notice:
This mod has limited functionality for next generation users. Users of the NG version can only scrap junk, not weapons or armor.
Version 1.1 Updates:
Fixed an issue causing CTD during scrapping attempts due to device attachment status.
To use the stamping machine, first enter build mode in the workshop. Then, find the Scrap Press Machine under the Resources > Miscellaneous tab and build it.
To start scrapping, activate the door on the left. The door will open and the machine will be ready to receive items. Move the items you want to grab into the open container menu and close it. Watch the machine crush items, then remove components from the storage bin on the right side of the machine.
The machine will sort and move items that cannot be scrapped, or that would not produce any material even if scrapped, into storage bins before crushing other items.
Look at the far right side of the machine. There is a machine control port which is not only cosmetic but also allows you to control the machine. When you align your cursor correctly, an activation point will appear, selecting it will bring up a menu on your Pip-Boy with three setting options:
By operating speed: Not everyone wants a heavy, powerful machine. This option allows the machine to run at default speed or complete the scrapping process at twice the speed.
Unscratchable Item Disposal: You can enable this option to dismantle items with the "Unscratchable" keyword.
Note: The machine cannot detect the "unscrapable" keyword added to attachments on weapons and armor. Please be cautious.
Sending components to the workshop: After scrapping, the components are sent directly to the workshop storage containers while non-components will remain in the storage room.
Notice:
- The machine's movement relies on scripts rather than bones, so it cannot naturally handle position changes caused by console commands. If you use console commands to move a machine, make sure you select the machine in workshop build mode, grab it, and then put it back.
- Machine control settings are applied individually to each machine rather than globally across the entire game.
- During the scrapping process, you will not be able to control other machines until the scrapping process is complete.
Although it is an ESP file, it has the ESL flag set so it behaves like an ESL file, which means you don't have to worry about exceeding the index limit when adding mods.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
