This mod fixes a glaring oversight Bethesda made when they chose to only make a small percentage of objects scrappable. With Scrap Everything, you, the user, have the final say over what stays and what goes. Want to strip your settlement down to its bare bones and leave yourself with a bunch of empty space to go wild? Do. Want to scrap trash, debris, vines, bushes, even dead machines, animals and people, but leave the buildings and trees behind? Do. This mod allows you to scrap everything in each settlement if you wish.
This mod scraps everything these mods do (and more): Spring Cleaning, Scrap Dead, Scrap Scrap, Scrapable Federation.

Mod Manager/Mod Organizer: Download the file and add it to the mod manager of your choice. For NMM, use the Add Mod from File button (looks like a green + sign in the Mods tab) or use the Mod Manager download option. For Mod Organizer. Then just install the mod, make sure it's enabled (and last) in your load order, and play!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
