Savant perk mod

About this mod Machine translation
describe:
Have you ever felt idiotic about Savant perk blocking using intelligence lists like "Science" or "Hacking"?
Is anyone out there a bit tired of leveling up for a new game for the 2nd or 3rd time and need some exp boosts?
Or do you want to be the "angry nerd" but also need the "idiot savant"?
It's made entirely for you.
This mod changes the percentage of the Idiot Savant Perk completely opposite.
Idiot Savant's hit rate is minimized at 1% to 1% of player IQ (vanilla's base minimum) and maximized at 10% to 10%.
However, if you get more than 10 in value with a Bobblehead or SPECIAL book, then the chances may grow to 15%.
This highest value comes from vanilla calculations.
The original Idiot Savant perk is minimized to 0.5%. I guess the conclusion from the equation is something like "x = y + (- 1/2) y".
So, I set the highest value and the most I could get is 10+(10-5) = 15%. (Don’t check this sentence too hard. It is.)
This percentage is my own, but fits perfectly.
The Genius Game perk effect comes from Fallout 1's "Swift Learner" effect image.
Maybe someone missed that recognisable boy.
The Lucky You perk is combined with "Fortune Finder" Rank4 animation and small text art.
-
Optional Lucky You perk versions:
Added, work with Luck rather than your intellect.
Same chance percentage as Genius Game perk.
Thank you bookwyrm12.

Install:
This mod has FOMOD support.
It is highly recommended to use NMM for installation.
If not, just copy and paste the mod files into the fallout4/data folder.
-
compatibility:
It's very simple.
Only esp data files have broad compatibility.
But changing the "Sound" or "Effect Image" may not be compatible with other "Idiot Savant" stunt modes.
Otherwise, set this mod to lowest in mod order. Probably no problem.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
