If the mod doesn't show up in holotape then try to install it manually to
(In the CD-ROM drive where Steam is installed):\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints
Steps before transfer settlement:
- Download module
- After leaving Vault 111, go to Codsworth and talk to him
- You must scrap all housing funds for your home before building
(Do not use scrapall command as it will create a catastrophic bug that will crash the game. For better suggestions and stable game, please use Scrap Zapper mod)
- You can now use Transfer Settlement to build your own starting city
I tried to build to preserve the original appearance of Sanctuary Hill. The city has basic basics (food, water, defense, etc.). There are some clear building sites and only one house fully furnished, because I don't want to steal your chance that you can offer and build a house according to your own style :) If someone asks me to plan in the future to create a mock settlement plan from this model, or I will build and offer all the cities.
Required DLC:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
