Preface: Robco Patcher:
Updated on June 27, 2025:
Version 1.2.1
Removed extra armor plugin edit; braid implementation slightly better...
Version 1.2.0
Force removal of Weaves on both vanilla and modified hats/helmets, then force addition of Weaves to clothing as before.
Almost all clothing/armor has weaving enabled, but it's important to note that they use the appropriate vanilla keyword. I (original author Zelldralsoni, the same below) set the keywords to ignore: chest armor, arms, leg armor. This is more of a proof of concept than a solid way to enable all weaving...really relies on not having Mod fucking keywords, like adding armor part keywords to clothing and removing armor part keywords from appropriate armor.
Now packaged is the standard version without rails patch (which forces enabling of the global armor cloth transformation and minor edits to armor records to eliminate some keyword conflicts.) and the patch with rails (which does not include changes to force enabling of armor cloth modifications without rails or any manual plugin Armor record changes.) Choose one of the two to install according to your needs.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
