About this mod Machine translation
A mod that replaces the original single-action .44 revolver with all new double-action animations.
describe
This mod is an animated replacement for the original .44 revolver, including all new idle, walk/run, shoot and reload.
All animations are created by me (original author Austindudeman, the same below). The sound is also original.
The original .44 requires the base game; an optional separate .esp for Nuka World Western Revolver is available (although I highly recommend Zgabuterimon's replacement).
This set currently does not include third person animations!
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- This mod is a drop-in, so any revolver weapon mod that uses the original .44 animation will use this animation, but will continue to be a single-action animation unless modified via CK or FO4Edit.
- This set currently does not include third person animations, the gun will still be used as a dual action, but the hammer will slowly rotate to the cocked position on its own (this does not affect first person in any way!
- All animations are optimized for view model FOV of 120 and below, please use whatever you think :).
4 Not compatible with any mod that changes weapon properties or values; damage and/or rate of fire statistics must be changed manually. Also not compatible with CC skins.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
