Reloading action fix
装弹动作修复
About this mod Machine translation
In most modern games we reload with the appropriate weapon. You know what I'm talking about. This feature allows players to actually reload the correct number of shells, such as shell-loaded shotguns and lever-action rifles. But for some reason Bethesda didn't give us this. Because we no longer suffer.
I'm going to show you the lever action heavy duty retainer.
This mod fixes an annoying issue with lever action rifles. No matter how many rounds you fire, players always seem to be able to load the same number of bullets. This mod fixes it.
Using a script that allows dynamic switching of animations, overloading has finally been fixed.
Yeah, okay, it might not be perfect, but it's certainly close and should hopefully spark something within the community!
If you encounter any problems please let me know and I will definitely try to resolve them with kinggath!
Stay tuned for some good stuff too. I will release a community toolkit that will allow authors to integrate it into their own modules.
Also check out my M1014 mod. It now includes the same fix to allow proper shell loading for shotguns!
This wouldn't be possible without some amazing people. Seriously, this mod wouldn't be anything if it weren't for them. So be sure to check out Jingas and Haru.
Honestly, I love to praise the hell out of Jingas. I wouldn't have gotten past the idea stage of this mod without his scripting abilities, he helped me create this amazing fix but also created an amazing mod of his own. Go check out his Salvage Beacon mod, because besides this fix, it makes the game better. Gotta give him some credit!
Finally, there is the main character Haru, or blackxteel's name above. Without him, these animations would be nothing. His work on animation is incredible and the time and effort he puts into his work is incredible. You go and see him too. All the animations he makes are a great help to the community. Gotta give him some credit!
The need for a port is obvious. "
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
