Reload and cancel reload while running
A simple mod that allows you to run and reload at the same time, or cancel your reload by running in first person. It can be configured through MCM. If Cancel reload on sprint is enabled, sprinting while reloading will cancel the reload animation. If you disable it, you'll be able to sprint and reload at the same time.
A small note on the "Fake footstep sound on sprint" option:
Since this mod does not modify the behavior file, I (the original author Bingle, the same below) cannot play the running animation and reloading animation at the same time. This means that if you reload while sprinting, the footsteps will disappear completely. I tried to compensate for it by forcing the footsteps to play under the appropriate conditions where they should play, but it might feel out of sync with the actual animation. Therefore, I left it as an optional option but enabled by default.
It slightly conflicts with TR 1.32 + BCR.
- With Cancel reload on sprint enabled, BCR will not recognize that the reload has been canceled if you cancel the reload before inserting at least one bullet. This will prevent you from reloading until you fire or melee.
- After disabling Cancel reload on sprint, weapons with reload to idle transition animation may not play the running animation even after reloading is completed.
I can't resolve these issues from my side, so please understand.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
