describe
Add a variety of clean furniture options to your sunken building. With over 350 tables, chairs, stools, sofas, bookcases, doors, desks, stoves, refrigerators, counters and cabinets, dressers and new textured beds, there's something for almost everyone. The Mod is completely self-contained and has the added bonus of being available on almost any surface, from headboards to coffee tables, allowing alignment with Dinozaurz's Do It Yourself Clutter.

Install/uninstall and remove unwanted items
Make sure the .ini is changed and updated with the latest patches. {Here} is a wiki.
NMM is recommended as you can add/remove it easily!
If you are updating from a loose version to an archived version, please uninstall the mod completely and make sure there is no Renovated Furniture folder in the textures, meshes or materials folders.
If you want to delete specific items, Eli has a tutorial on using xedit {here}.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
