Wandering the ruins of Concord, you meet Tommy the Scavenger, your new best friend.
This mod permanently changes the location of Saugus Ironworks. This location is used by many vanilla quests, which are listed here: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Saugus_Ironworks
To avoid breaking these quests, this mod creates a copy of the vanilla cell. The vanilla cell can still be accessed through a trapdoor at the rear of the steelworks exterior (see photo). The key is located on top of the reward chest.
Adding a quest gives you new friends, a new settlement, a new source of income, and a new tattoo.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
