This mode is designed to give roads and highways in Fallout 4 darker concrete. I personally think it's more realistic, the bright gray roads in the base game drive me crazy. I also wanted my roads to be similar to the darker tones they have on 3rd and NV. (While they're not quite that dark, it's pretty close.) I'll most likely make some darker gray variations in the future, just some more variations.
