Toounx has developed a Tactical Ops expansion pack that adds a ton of tactical action. NoobdooN has improved it so that it supports almost all weapons.
However, the crawling movement after lying down is too fast, resulting in a "sliding on the ground" effect. So I used HKXTools to convert all the hkx files of the crawling forward motion, and wrote a Python script to perform multiple contractions on all samples of the root motion trajectory, reducing the physical displacement to 30% of the original to match the visual animation.
The visual effect of "sliding on the ground" is now slightly toned down, and the overall speed of crawling is similar to that of lying on your back, slower than vanilla sneaking to ensure balance.
