Ready-to-use return version
The original out of the box is old and has multiple bugs, this new version works every time (in my years of testing) and in almost all situations. Literally grab food, drink, equip weapons in mid-air, equip armor, use chemicals, etc.

introduce
The original grab-and-go game has been very important to me (Fantafaust, hereafter) for nearly 7 years because I always hated going into menus (Pipboy) to use something I just picked up. Sadly, the mod sometimes loses my items and has occasional crash/freeze issues that really don't hold up.
So I remade this mod for my own use, but I never considered it to be releasable because the holotapes couldn't be played from inside the container and I had to predefine the holotapes and their scenes (really bad), so it needed DLC and patches from other mods.
With GELUXRUM's new F4SE plugin Lighthouse, I can finally achieve this without the need for DLC or patches.
Require
Base game, F4SE, Lighthouse script extensions, and all Lighthouse dependencies
Installation information
Just install it.
Interactive information
When you hover your cursor over any equippable item,
You should see a new interaction button appear, letting you eat it, equip it, use it, etc.
Items within a container can also be accessed by holding SHIFT while removing them from the container.
Also works in transfer mode, but you can only have one item of each type before closing the container menu, so the loot menu is best.
Update Agreement
If an update is released, uninstall the mod, resave, and then install the new version to ensure the interaction skills are fully reset.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
