This mod fixes this issue.
Now, when turning, changing direction, or emerging from the water,
Rainwater remains visible, while bridges, roofs, and other shelters still properly block rainwater. It also includes protection for the air-wet environment map, preventing other problems that could cause rainfall and wetness effects to disappear unexpectedly. Each fix can be individually enabled or disabled in the accompanying INI file.
Install
Use your favorite mod manager to install the correct version for your game.
A built-in INI file allows you to enable or disable repair.
