A sewer drain on Highland 111, the largest lake near Lexington.
In Concord, there's a small town house with a handful of Rad Spiders.
There is a shipping company building near Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution.
Just north of the Museum of Witchcraft and Wizardry, follow the road for a short distance.
A large spider nest was found on a crashed passenger plane near Nordhagen beach.
There is a large house near the Old Gullet Sink Hole.
Individual Rad Spiders appear in small locations throughout the wasteland.
Rad Spiders has several random encounters.

Rad Spider comes in six variations (weakest to strongest): Spawn, Hallucinogenic, Normal, Glowing, Albino, Queen.
There are four stronger variants (weakest to strongest): Greedy, Rotten Glow, Glow Queen, and Albino Queen.
Albino Rad Spiders have the ability to dig holes.
As a reply to the initial release, Glowing Rad Spiders cannot be hit in VATS.
Rad Spiders are based on fishing spiders: they don't use webs and can travel on water
