Quad Barrel Shotgun
The Quad-Barreled Shotgun is a standalone version of the weapon being made for the in-development mod Fallout: Miami (*however unfinished 233*). It adds a new shotgun based on the Winchester Liberator to the game, as well as a short mission to obtain a unique version of the weapon.
The quad-barreled shotgun was a pre-war law enforcement weapon that required liberal use of force and was a step up from traditional shotguns in terms of accuracy, weight, and barrel count.
Get weapons
The quad-barreled shotgun can be looted from level 25 Gunner enemies. It can also be obtained from KL-E-O in Neighborhood Town or from the settlement weapons vendor.
The Liberator is a meticulously maintained custom four-barreled shotgun that fires explosive ammunition. Just as loud and proud as her original owner, Libby's bites are even worse than her barks.
The mission to obtain the Liberator begins at the Railway Control Tower south of Gunners Square.
Install
Install using your favorite mod manager and enable Liberator.esp in your load order.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
