About this mod Machine translation
This mod adds a mental health system for players to manage. During gameplay, killing certain types of NPCs will affect the player's mental health, and as your mental health deteriorates, the player will gain effects in the form of Perks.
When the player kills specific NPCs, mental health is affected and additional benefits are applied, and if the player fails to manage their mental health, the additional benefits stack with each other.
PTSD -
Hypervigilant players cannot relax, they are aware of everyone around them. (A small visual filter is applied to the screen and the player has PA detection life/HUD effects applied. PTSD - Auditory Hallucinations

Drinking and drug use can increase a player's mental health, reduce and eliminate privileges, and risk addiction.
Sleeping more than 8 hours, eating and taking antidepressants will improve a player's overall mental health.
This mod uses a script to inject antidepressants into the doctor and chem dealer level lists.
This mod has a small control strip that allows you to adjust your dream chances, as well as stop and restart missions.
Installation instructions
Start the game with control missions enabled using your favorite mod manager or manual installation, so you don't need to start missions manually.
Uninstall instructions
Uninstalling mid-game is not recommended, but you can stop the control tasks and you will no longer have the effect or have to manage the system. Improve your mental health until all effects are gone, then use holographic tape to close the mission.
It is recommended that you do not disable/uninstall the mod as missing chemicals from the level list injection may cause the game to crash when trading with doctors or chemical dealers.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
