In the aftermath of a nuclear war, the once-treasured schematics of Project Amelia - thought to have been extinguished by nuclear fire - are leaked into the hands of a handful of people in the wasteland.
Driven by their own motivations, these men managed to reverse-engineer the design of the stealth suit from a pre-war project, adapting the robot design to better suit the physiology and capabilities of the human body.
The resulting suit doesn't quite match the capabilities of the robotic super-soldier envisioned by its original creators, but it does provide a quiet and lightweight option for those looking to evade detection.
