Version 1.8
Stability and memory
By tuning the ultra-lightweight engine configuration, memory usage per view is significantly reduced. JavaScriptCore now sets the heap size conservatively instead of expanding to the entire system memory (override_ram_size is capped at 1 GB), the initial JS heap has been shrunk (large heap from 32 MB → 8 MB, small heap from 1 MB → 512 KB), the WebCore resource cache has been halved (64 MB → 32 MB), forward/back page caching is disabled, and the number of rendering threads is limited to 2. Resolved a class of out-of-memory crashes under high load orders that could exhaust the game's Scaleform UI heap (Scaleform allocation failure causing CTD) when the frame's memory footprint combined with a large number of active views.
Reliability monitoring
Added health monitoring for each hosted plugin view. Every 30 seconds, it logs summary information (number of views, visible/hidden/isolated, failed views, process working set), as well as detailed information for each problematic view, so it's easy to identify misbehaving plugins from the logs. Views that repeatedly fail crash recovery are now isolated - separated from the renderer - so a single broken view no longer destabilizes the frame or the game. The view handle is still valid, so the plugin that owns it can continue working and recreate it. Under high memory pressure, the hidden view's render buffers (CPU pixel buffers and GPU textures) are automatically recycled and losslessly rebuilt when the view is displayed again.
Input and interaction
Added click penetration for transparent areas of focused views: Clicks on empty (transparent) areas are now passed to the game - such as interacting with 3D models behind the interface - while dragging from real UI content is captured until released.
Fixed a mouse input capture issue by retaining the focus menu's modal flag; without this flag, the menu below could steal mouse input through the game's device layer

Version 1.7.1
Additional warning regarding rivatuner/booster. If there are problems, the project needs to be shut down. These programs are known to cause problems in the game. You can definitely use high frame rates.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
