Immersive Cleansing is an underrated mod. It uses the same method that the game developers used to clear the castle after certain militia missions. Each object to be cleaned has an enabled parent, set to a marker within the settlement. To clear settlements, the mod disables markers that immediately disable every object being cleared. Simple!
By default, objects to be cleaned are part of previsibines. Immersive Cleaning regenerates visuals so objects can be cleaned but still maintain normal performance. However, there are some issues with regenerated previsibines that lead to flickering issues in the Sanctuary.
Previsibines Repair Pack is a project that rebuilds all game precomposed mesh and occlusion (previsualization) information, which by default has many issues. There are patch versions available for the current PRP branch 74 and the old branch 69, select the correct version when downloading. This patch fixes all previsibine glitches found in immersive cleaning. I use PJM's Precombine - Previs Patching Scripts to create the patches that are used to create the PRP itself.

Place PRP_IC.esp somewhere after PRP.esp.

Note: This V1.1.1 version supports the new generation.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
