About this mod Machine translation

Like the idea of specializing in power armor but thinking nuclear physicists are a bit pointless, given there are a lot of fusion cores?

Like having a range of interesting power armor models, but ultimately getting stuck with one or two must-haves (like the Jetpack) or boring but best-of-breed ones (like the Calibrated Shocks)?

More Power Armor Mods adds the ability to install a second Misc mod on a power armor piece if you have the Nuclear Physicist perk:

Nuclear Physicist 1 lets you upgrade the torso twice (e.g. Jetpack and Tesla Coil)

Nuclear Physicist 2 allows you to upgrade your arms and legs twice (such as calibrated shocks and blast vents)

Nuclear Physicist 3 allows you to upgrade your head pieces twice (such as databases and recon sensors)

This should make the Nuclear Physicist level interesting and let you try out weird and wonderful Power Armor combinations.

compatibility

This mod is compatible with mods to retexture or add new draw styles to force armor. It is compatible with mods that change the properties of power armor (such as Power Armor Rebalance). It is compatible with Armorsmith Extended.

It is primarily compatible with mods that change power armor naming conventions or change perks (e.g. item ordering). Load this mod before them. You won't see the second upgrade in the description, nor the changes described by nuclear physicists.

It is not compatible with mods that change the number and type of power armor upgrade slots (such as the Power Armor Overhaul).

Compatibility patches

Patches are available for:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
