Power armor immersive load bearing

Increases the carrying weight of power armor, increasing benefits across models and series. Additionally, the benefits of the "Sport Assist" and "Calibrated Damper" modifications have been added.

The original version, the enhanced version of the original version (more weight-bearing capacity) and various power armor compatible patches for other modules have been packaged and uploaded together.

Important content:

• In version 2.0 and above, vanilla mods are now a prerequisite for all optional mods. The original mod contains the enchantments required for the bonus.

WARNING: If you remove this mod or optional component while wearing Power Armor in a saved game, the carry weight bonus may continue to be applied to your character. Be sure to exit any PA and then save your game before removing this PA or any mod that changes the weight carried (same issue with backpacks). If you think your carry weight is affected after removing this mod, simply enter/exit any suit of power armor as this should reset your carry weight to intended. April 9, 2022 - April 7, 2022 An optional file was uploaded, but then hidden because I was worried it wouldn't work as expected. There are currently no updated files.

Updated to v 2.0 March 18, 2022 - I have come to the conclusion that the way I implemented the bonuses is not the best way. I rewrote the mod and optional files using better methods. Regarding the warning above, older versions should work fine; however, I recommend uninstalling v1 mod/options and installing v2 mod/options as continued use of older versions is not supported. If updating the active game, make sure to exit Power Armor and save the game before deleting the old version and installing the new version.

Updated files: Optional PA_Immersive_Carry_Weight_EnclaveX2 for Enclave X-02 Power Armor has been updated to v 2.1, v2.0 does not work at all.

Module description:

Compared to normal armor augmentations, backpacks, etc., the weight capacity of power armor is terrible. A large mechanized suit capable of withstanding drops from numerous heights should have a much higher carrying capacity than a modified combat armor with a backpack.

Similar mods available on provide a brute force approach and a one-time increase to carry the weight. The mod implements a progressive approach, assuming that each model is better than the previous model, and each series is better than the previous series.

Carrying weight increases with each model and increases further in the PA Series range. Bonuses for the "Motion Assist" and "Calibrated Damper" upgrades increase in a similar manner as the PA is upgraded and further across the PA series

Increased, adds more carrying weight. All increases are added to existing values, so any benefits should stack with mods that may hit the same PA attributes/values.
