Poor contract wall
This mod is very simple and adds replicable modular Covenant Walls in the Settlements menu. The models used are exactly the same ones I use for my large home builders, but I decided to self-publish this set after a few requests. Therefore, this mod is not required and should not be used with Homemaker, but it should not cause any problems if used with duplicate entries. This mod requires the settlement keyword resource to function properly.
The model contains 3 different sized wall pieces, 3 end caps for placement at the end of the fence, 3 corners for better corner placement, main door and turret brackets. Also included is a blue double door, like a deed itself, which I added because the vanilla door wasn't put in the frame.
Install
Install using NMM or place the meshes folder and esp into the data folder and enable the mod using your file manager of choice. Make sure you're using the latest version of your billing keywords.
troubleshooting
If you experience any crashes with this module, please ensure that your INI is properly configured to use meshes and that all meshes are copied correctly to your Data/Meshes folder.

- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
