Player Dialogue Options Expanded (RED) - Updated

The original dialogue has been massively expanded, adding hundreds of new dialogue options to enhance players' role-playing possibilities.

Hotfix patch updated on March 5th: The original author has tried many times, but the "Cappy in a Haystack" (finding a needle in a haystack) location mission in the nuclear world is still impossible for most people to proceed smoothly, so this hotfix deletes all dialogue related to this mission from the mod. Just overwrite and install it into the module folder, and update the version number to 2.8.1.

Fixed an issue that prevented flirting/romance options from showing up in certain partner conversations

There is also a 2.7.1 patch in the package because the author discovered that the new dialogue added to the Nuka World branch "Finding a Needle in a Haystack" would cause the task to get stuck and unable to continue, so it was urgently removed and will be added back after the problem is solved in the future.

Bypassing Vanilla Voice Check - I'm sure most of you will agree with me when I say that Vanilla Voice Check is a bit lame. First of all, they are all based on charisma and nothing more. To make matters worse, success on these voice checks is essentially random, as it's largely determined by the RNG, and increasing your charisma will only improve your chances. Even with the charm of MAX, your success is not 100% guaranteed. So I decided to change that. Most normal speech checks will now be replaced by new speech/skill checks that are guaranteed to succeed if you have the required perks or your special stats are high enough. If you don't meet the requirements for these new speech/skill checks, you can use the vanilla option.
