It can be solved from chemlab. (Category "PHOTO LIGHT" or "PHOTO LIGHT HUD")
[How to use? ]
"Photo Lamp"
Only equip players or NPCs with "PHOTO LIGHT".
By default slot 51 (ring) is used. This can be changed to 50 (neck) via the options file.
When entering or exiting the building, the lights will go off.
Then equip again or please try to change the view.
I currently cannot explain the cause of this issue. Thanks.
"Photo Light (HUD)"
This is the player's equipment.
By default slot 51 (ring) is used. This can be changed to 50 (neck) via the options file.
When the player equips this, the "photo light" effect is given automatically to all friendly NPCs that come into view.
In other words, all settlers will be liberated from Hardships equipped with "PHOTO LIGHT".

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
