Install
Extract the ZIP file directly to the Fallout 4 directory.
Edit your Fallout4.ini ("C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini")
and change the line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS \... to...
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS \，INTERFACE \
