PBW - Standard Rifle Bag

Added the Standard Rifle, Assault Carbine, and Marksman Carbine to Fallout 4

As the title states, a set of standard rifles from New Vegas has been added that are more in line with the federal wasteland.

Preface: Ammunition expansion plan:

Nuclear World DLC (animation with homemade rifle)

The Standard Rifle will spawn at level 20 as a drop from Marauders, Gunslingers, Brotherhood Clerks, Minutemen, Traders, and Legends.

Base damage: 32

Ammo capacity: 20/30

Ammunition type: 5.56mm/.308 caliber

The Assault Carbine also spawns at level 20 as a drop from Marauders, Gunslingers, Brotherhood Soldiers, Minutemen, Traders, and Legends.

Base damage: 15

Ammo capacity: 20/30/75

Ammunition type: 5mm/5.56mm

Shooter Carbine spawns at the South Boston military checkpoint.

Base damage: 60

Ammo capacity: 20

Ammunition type: 5.56mm



There are 2 unique weapons:

Safe Delivery (Starting at the Center Island of Walden Pond)

Abilene Kid BB LE G.I. Fantasy Rifle (the weapon itself is obtained by crafting it (just like opening it) at the Chemistry Workbench using the box obtained from the gift shop near Walden Pond)

There is also a patch in the package that installs the right-hand loading and reloading animation (if you are using a similar animation replacement, add it). The default is the left-hand animation.
