You have to have Danse as a follower equip the Buzz armor without a command, just give it to him and press T to have him put it on.
You'll need to find a set of Buzz Power Armor, a free set you can get from Prydwen's Power Armor Station.
Find Danse and make a trade so you can equip him. Buzz armor will replace his original armor.
Don’t forget the hood! This is the icing on the cake! If his hood is missing, enter 'player.additem e1a39' to add it to your inventory, equipped just like armor.
