About this mod Machine translation

Allows the player to use Overboss Colter's keys and codes to unlock two safes and a terminal in the Fizztop Grille, neither of which have previously been used as anything other than items found in his inventory.

Original address:

Prefix:

Nuka World DLC

Did you notice that Overboss Colter carries keys and codes in his inventory? Have you ever wondered what they are used for? I (original author Glitchfinder, the same below) did it, so I looked it up. Turns out they were just for show, like his little fighting ring at Coke Car Arena. They do nothing. It makes absolutely no sense, just like it makes no sense for him to continue being the leader of Nuclear World. So I decided to do something about it.

Features

Overboss keys now unlock two safes. One outside the Fizztop Grille and one inside. Both safes were previously locked but did not have the associated keys.

The Overboss' password now unlocks his terminal inside the Fizztop Grille. This terminal was previously unlocked but now has a lock applied.

Neither the safe nor the terminal require a key - you can still unlock them the old-fashioned way.

Marked as lightweight plugin (esp with esl flag) to minimize impact on load order.

FAQ

How do I get started using this mod?

Just install it! No configuration or special steps are required.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
