The main file and the optional grass repair file have been uploaded (if there is a grass flickering problem) and you can choose to install it according to your needs.

My (original author Kyguy89, the same below) equipment is for reference: 1660 super, Ryzen 5 3600, 32g ram.

Video sample link below! !

ini file has about 100 hours of testing and my game is pretty heavy. I've included a sample video below using lossless and OBS and you can see in the video that my game only has a small stutter at the end and still looks good imo and im getting 120 fps (check the top left corner of the video). Keep in mind that the sample video also uses both OBS and LOSSLESS and still has very little stuttering. If I hadn't been running OBS, that last lag might not have happened. It's very laborious to use, and LossLess is designed to be used with a second GPU, and this is all on my 1660 super, so keep that in mind. I think I have some really good stuff here for you. My games rarely stutter with LossLess, so if you have a more powerful rig than I do, you can expect very good fps.

I've also included my mod list in loadorder.txt so you can see myself using some pretty heavy mods. I used 483 mods on my ULTRA setup and

GODRAYS ARE OFF automatically when the game starts using these files, so if you want them again you have to download them from fallout4custom.ini:

Removed from sStartingConsoleCommand=gr

This row of Godrays causes me to stutter even on low settings, and the game looks great with them turned off, so I don't see the need to use them.

If you like my work, please remember to endorse it! Thanks!

Optional File: Shimmering Grass is fully fixed at close range, but only slightly held at a distance. The best I could get after tweaking them for a full hour in-game. Hope it helps you. Can be used with any Grass Mod that causes shimmery/grainy appearance bugs, but tested on the very popular Grasslands Mod. The link is as follows:

You can download Shadowboost to supplement these ini's, which is what I did. Turn off godrays settings while the game is loading and set "Target fps" to 10fps higher than the game you are locked to. So for me it's 70 because I locked mine at 60 and doubled it to 120 using LossLess.

Why use this instead of other fps ini file mods?

To me, since they pretty much got rid of TAA, the game looks like complete garbage. Mine still looks good imo and has TAA enabled. Give it a try. If you're the kind of person who craves fps, you have nothing to lose!

Always backup your current INI in case something goes wrong!!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
