What it does:
To throw a grenade/mine, you need to holster/sheath your weapon (including melee weapons).
You can also throw grenades with nothing but your bare hands.
Otherwise, long-pressing the melee button will only perform a critical hit, which also allows you to keep the critical hit charged until you release the button.
I haven't tested it yet, but it should work well with mods like Melee And Throw
