In the original Fallout 4, every woman in the Federation had the same body, and every man had another body. Silhouette gives each person their own body when you first meet them, and they keep that body. Most are ordinary, some are unflattering, and a few are beautiful in the traditional sense. You can also try out anyone yourself in the selection window.

In short, what you get
Each NPC has its own body, as well as the Servitron robot (32801), who are chosen when they first meet. They will keep it until the end of the archive.
About 60 famous people, such as Piper, Kate, Curie and Preston, have bodies that match their identities.
Selection window: Target anyone, try everyone on them, stay alive, then keep or cancel.
Fitting Clothes: The chest is wrapped in armor, and the change disappears when undressed.
You make your own rules about who gets what, and they always trump Silhouette's.
What you need: F4SE, runtime database, LooksMenu and MCM, and built-in BodySlide (CBBE for women, BodyTalk for men; one is enough).
The process is: build your body and clothing from scratch presets in BodySlide, install Silhouette, and load the archive. Step by step: Installation, see below.
What is it like?
There are no body mods to add variety, every woman in the Federation shares one body, and every man shares another. Silhouette gives them their respective bodies when you first meet them. It will retain that body until the end of the save and will not regenerate people you have already met.
It copies the main distributor design of OBody NG in Skyrim: configuration keys, priorities and API names are the same. It works through LooksMenu's own BodyGen, so the body belongs to LooksMenu and will stay in your save.
Pick window. To target anyone, or to target no one yourself, press the shortcut key (or MCM button). The adjacent window displays all the presets that fit their bodies, forming a grid of images (384 strips: 196 female, 188 male). Six filters help you find: All, People, Normal, Coarse, Fine and Yours. Take a picture, live broadcast of the corpse, the camera is focused on them, they stand still. Applications will be held. When cancelled, they were completely restored to their original state. You use the mouse.
The Dead Are Left Alone: Silhouette does not alter the corpse's body. Only the head and hands of the corpse are exposed is a bug of LooksMenu BodyGen. Invisible Corpse Repair (93614) can fix it.
It checks your installation instead of guessing.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
