About this mod Machine translation
describe
If you're a wasteland builder and you have the DLC which adds more building content and mods that do the same thing, then you're going to run into or run into some class issues very quickly. This patch aims to fix this issue by managing any DLC to ensure you can build everything. So now any DLC you have will be compatible with any MOD you have.
A cool image of the DLC menu showing its official image has been added courtesy of Elianora. The mod is called Craftable DLC Paintings. If you want them to be made, give her some to download.
Before downloading
Because not all of us have the same needs, this patch is made in different versions to try to suit anyone who wants to download it.
This version will be called from now on: 'Handplaced', 'Injected', 'Integrated', 'Vanilla Injected'. Let’s talk about them and let you know which one is right for you.
If you are a LOOT user it will tell you this is different from SKE. It is. The patch provided works well and is not what LOOT wanted. For the Injected version, it can't be incompatible, so I don't know why it says that.
Another thing worth noting is that the injections on this mod are new. It is made with an interrupter located under the power supply/connector and switch.
Therefore, unlike other mods, you need to activate it manually in the game for it to work properly. Once you do this, there won't be any scripts trying to make stuff every time you open your game again.
If you install another mod that messes with the menu after activating the mod, it can override the patch's functionality. This can be solved by going to the interrupter and turning it off and on again.
Handplaced
This version is made entirely by FO4Edit. For users of previous versions, you will know this version as the stock version. With this, a new category called "DLC" has been added to the Workshop menu. In it you can find categories for each DLC, in which only new categories are added.
The way this fix works is to manually add the category (hence its name) in a strict list of categories. All in all, this means that any mod that adds categories to the main seminar menu in the same way will conflict with this. Those placed in the load order will be overwritten; those placed below will overwrite this patch. A set of patches are provided to resolve this issue. These patches will be expanded as more mods become available.
injection
This version works the same way as Handplaced's gameplay. You also have access to a new menu with DLC items.
However, this is done via a script after the game starts by injecting the category after the last one. By doing this, any conflicts with any other mod are avoided, regardless of how the mod is made.
If you uninstall a mod, make sure to cancel it using game interrupter and delete the ones you built. If not, you will get a reference to a non-existent category, and an empty object created. It's supposed to be game-breaking, but it's not a good thing to have.
For those of you who have used this mod before, you will notice that in this version there is no longer compatibility between SKE and OCD. You can use the patch provided by SKE to solve it. If I patch a mod for a Handplaced version that's patched elsewhere, I'll patch them as well.

This is a subversion within Handplaced & Injected. With the regular version, just move the new category to the custom menu. Therefore, you can find Cages, Barn, Manufacturing or Vault Decorations under its DLC customization menu, but not new generators or lights. If you want to put these little things together, this is recommended

This is another subversion within Handplaced & Injected. With the full version, everything will be moved to the DLC customization menu. This is recommended if you want to organize your DLC correctly and know exactly what each of them adds to the game
integrated
Let's start by saying that the injected version is already out and I find this useless. But by all means, if you feel this …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
