When I (original author Tenhats, the same below) first played Nuka World, I was very disappointed to find that the dam was completely inaccessible.
I think it could make an interesting settlement, in a defensive position with views of much of the Nuka World Valley.
So I turned this idea into reality.

Beyond borders, previously blocked by invisible walls I use the zone system to adjust world borders in a conflict-free manner.
Highly scrappable, almost everything except dams and bridges requires no external mods. The bridge can be disabled. If you disable them, I highly recommend putting something else in their place.

Known issues
Sometimes Brahmins will spawn behind the dam. After a minute or two, they'll teleport out on their own, but a simple player-made ramp will work too.
Sometimes it takes a moment for the rocky cliffs to the north to come into view.
Install
This mod can be added mid-game. Save the unit far enough away so that the dam is not loaded before installation.
You can unlock settlements instantly by approaching a workbench.

SS2 compatible.
Alternative version for use with PRP 69. Use instead of the default file.
The packaged body and PRP patch are uploaded together.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
