About this mod Machine translation

describe

After this mod expands the map to the natural ends of the map, just head there to discover new locations. Most are marked, many small locations are not. Due to the size of the mod it may cause FPS issues and slow down the computer on some systems

This is a complete mode with new enemies (including 2 very high level hidden bosses, both with unique weapons that can be found behind a set of hidden clues), 20+ new locations built from the ground up, NPCS with weapons and voice behaviors and a new gang of raiders called "Desperados", only bug fixes will happen in future updates.

These locations are not on the map, but it will be obvious when you reach the terrain where it will stop, you cannot fast travel to these locations, but you can fast travel back (but another mod expands the map to allow fast travel see install below) and simply go explore the new huge expansion I created.

I tried to keep it Lore Friendly as much as possible, but it does include a lot of Easter eggs from a variety of things, and also includes 1 hidden unmarked quest, and hidden containers to solve the puzzles

I've spent 4 months building this version since the release of the Creation Kit and all I can say is it's been a lot of fun and keeping your eyes open to see the secrets hidden around the new areas

Also note that it is a large file and 1 or 2 locations may have more enemies than some lower end systems can handle so keep in mind if your computer has lower specs, mine is a mid spec system and handles there may be some FPS drops or crashes in most cases this shouldn't be a problem

Install

Back up your saves before installing just in case

You need to perform the following operations before installation:

1.Go to my games/fallout4 and find fallout.ini and falloutcustom.ini and add the following lines:

[game]

fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance = 0

This is due to a game bug not allowing sprinting in new areas, with this adjustment you can sprint normally

This can't be done on XBOX or PS4 so I can't convert it to a console

  • You will also need to install a mod that removes borders, they can be easily found on

This file should work, so install it:

Once done: I recommend the following

I have Beyond the Borders at the very bottom of the NMM addon list, I also installed it manually because the world space data is bugged, some people may be able to get rid of their CTD by putting this mod at the very top of their mod list on NMM or using the world space data file explained below

If you have problems, please uninstall the mod and install it manually, put the mod at the bottom of the list and tell me if it makes any difference

Or just try moving the loading order in general to see if it makes any difference, I believe this will eliminate any CTDs you have if you have them, I don't have any CTDs

This can't be done on XBOX or PS4 so I can't convert it to a console

  • If you want to be able to see map markers and travel there quickly, install this mod:

Satellite world map (should be below BTB in load order)

4。

If you are getting a CTD, there is an optional file. It contains world space data from Fallout 4, and if you put it at the very bottom of the loading order (even under BTB main) it should load it first. I won't accept it anymore

Unless you get CTD with the main file installed, you will try this file. If you do use this file, load it from a clean save before installing BTB main (but make BTB main active in your mod list so the two files are loaded together)

-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------

Load order

If you use the above mods, the best loading order is:

Beyond Bounds FO4.esp (anywhere above these two files should work)

BTB world space data (if this file is used, it must always be …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
