Prerequisites: Automatic Workshop, Far Harbor, Nuclear World, Shelter Technology Workshop DLC

Updated on May 13th:
Version 1.2
Added glass to the windows. A new version of the Rebuild Series - Shared Resources v2.7 or higher is now required to provide assets for the new windows.
The plugin is now ESP with the ESL flag (this requires a new game because the FormID has changed).
The visual effects preview patch is now included in the main file download, can be used with or without PRP, and is not dependent on any specific PRP version (if you do use it).
No changes were made internally to make it compatible or not with PRP, except for ESL marking and regeneration previsinbines.
As mentioned in the changelog, due to rebuilding the collection with the new version - Shared Resources ()
Therefore, I will upload the main body, indoor changes (all), indoor changes (excluding the third rail) and unofficial repair and compatibility patches to the network disk for those who need it. The old 1.1 version is retained in the download button for your convenience to download directly if necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I (original author Aurelianis, the same below) had this update (v1.2) under development, so decided to go ahead and finish it and release it. However, I will not be making any patches or providing any support for this mod. It is provided as is.
To overhaul Fanglin Town, perform the following operations:
Clean the place.
Added 2 new drifters, Mark and Lucy, a married couple.
Added 1 new supplier Kate.
A doctor was added, Dr. Evans.
Repairs all buildings (except Rexford Hotel) and opens 3 buildings.
Daisy now has a schedule and sleeps in her bed at night.
New suppliers also have schedules and sleep in their beds.
Most of the homeless will now be sleeping in a building that has been opened (including Deacon in disguise).
The 2 new homeless guys were still sleeping outside the Rexford Hotel, but they had just arrived and needed a place to stay.
Lots of new free markers, so everyone seems to be working on something.
Regenerated visual effects previs/pre-combine.
Complete navigation.

Some furniture was rearranged and a few tables were added.

compatibility:
Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) Stable Branch - Patch available. Loading order: PPF.esm, Goodneighbor Enhanced, PRP.esp, PRP patch.
Orphans of the Commonwealth - More Children - provided a patch for Good Neighbors' Children, moving the children and their sleeping bags to the Rexford Hotel. Loaded after ChildrenofGoodneighbor.esp but before Goodneighbor enhancement.
Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - A patch is available that removes 2 piles of garbage that UFO4P added to Goodneighbor. Load the UFO4P patch after UFO4P but before Goodneighbor Enhanced. UFO4P moved a lot of stuff around in Goodneighbor, so if you look for conflicts you'll see some, but these don't need patching as those items are all disabled in this mod.
Boston Opera Settlement - No patch required. Load the Opera House Settlement before Goodneighbor Enhanced, otherwise it will overwrite the Goodneighbor Enhanced navigation mesh. The navmesh will show up as conflicting in xEdit and does not require patching. I've tested and it works fine as long as the loading order is correct.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
