NCR Veteran Rangers - Redux
This mod adds a modular armor set based on the NCR Veteran, crafted by ToastyFresh, craftable at the Chemistry Workbench, and modified at the Armor Workbench
Jackets - 3 options
Breastplate - 5 options
Pants - 4 options
Helmets - 5 options
The screenshots show most of the options, and you can mix and match all the pieces to your liking.
There are two versions of this armor. One for a handheld Pip-Boy user that replaces the left forearm, and one for the original style Pip-Boy.
If you use the original style Pip-Boy, be sure to use the set labeled "(Pip-Boy)".
Extras
Switching on Pip-Boy's lights while wearing the helmet will trigger the visor to glow and act as your flashlight.
Big thanks to JohnnyBlade for letting me implement the basic framework of his Mod Ranger Helmet Enhanced to make this possible.
If you want decals for your Ranger helmet and more visor color options, check out his mod!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
