Added tactical pads (wheelson/helicopter gunner/etc) for killstreaks in Modern Warfare 2019. Included are new body meshes and textures for the tactical slab, as well as the option of a custom 4K style skin, or just the standard green-gray version used in MW2019. As I get started, updates may be added to upgrade the glass mesh and textures.
