You can find this set under the "[MW] Wetsuit Collection" entry at the Chemistry Workbench.
You can change the appearance of your suit at the Armor Table. There are currently 3 variants available, see image above.
Additionally, this outfit takes up a head slot, so you won't be able to equip any head gear while using it.
