Version 1.01

Fixed an issue where the Revere Satellite Array's MILA was being classified as Revere Beach Station due to Bethesda labeling a quarter of the Revere Satellite Array as Revere Beach Station instead of the Revere Satellite Array. Thanks to greenbeans66 for letting me know!

The main file and the optional police shotgun compatibility patch have been uploaded. You can choose to install them according to your needs.

congratulate! You have entered the second most mysterious faction in the Federation! As a Railroad Agent, you can further their cause of freeing and protecting the synths while foiling the Academy's dastardly plans! But what is it? Does Tom the Blacksmith have a mission for you? He wants you to go to the exact same places you went last time, just in a different order? Not on my watch!

Features

Added 42 new possible targets for the Weathervane radiant mission.

As a side effect of adding more possible targets, it's much harder to trigger a bug without being able to get all 10 requests.

Marked as lightweight plugin (esl tagged esp) to minimize impact on load order.

FAQ

**How do I get started using this mod? **

Just install it! No configuration or special steps are required.

**What is this about bugs? **

Weathervanes is a series of identical radiant missions in which you are sent to different locations. However, if you clear multiple locations early, this may prevent you from receiving all ten requests, preventing you from "complete" the mission and receive the reward from Tinker Bell.

**Will this change the number of requests you receive? **

No, I ignored it on purpose. All I did was add more options for where Tinker Tom can try to send you.

**Why are all the weathervanes set on the exact same combination of boards and cinder blocks? **

Because that's the set of items Bethesda designed for the mission. It's possible to change them and/or add more decorations, but I chose not to because from a user experience perspective it's good to have a consistent target object. If you prefer a more realistic feel to various objects, you are welcome to make a patch to change things.

**Why bother with this? **

I've done this quest chain many times and thought a bit of variety would be nice. Now I have it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
