What this mod does:
More settlers and enemies Added >350 new custom NPC faces to the game and made them available in-game:
settlers
Strategy
shooter
children of the atom
supervisory board
railway
militia
scavenger
Trigger (men only)
This mod does not replace any vanilla NPCs
My newly added Settlers will show actual names, no scripting involved, (V.0.97b bugfix means they will no longer show names) and they will appear with better starting armor and weapons, drawing them from Raider and Gunner tiered lists.
Most of the added NPCs have custom hair from my "Lots More" hair model, and the custom hair is set to be playable, so your character can have any custom hairstyle as well.
Non-settlers will be affected immediately, and a mix of old and new faces will appear, but only newly spawned settlers will be drawn from the new NPC bank, so the settler portion of this mode is best suited for new games.
However, you can use the console command "recycleactor" on your current settler, and there's a good chance that the "recycled" version of your settler will become one of the new faces.
=====
Far port:
There's also the optional LMSE - Far Harbor, which adds custom NPCs to Far Harbor's settler pool and 54 new male faces for Trappers.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
