This mod changes the perks to include statistics about the perks so you can get a better idea about the perks. If you've ever wondered what the chances of a rifleman having a paralyzed limb are, then this mod is for you.
This mod only changes the description of the permissions to show what vanilla privileges hide from the user. For example, instead of a slight chance to disable an opponent from a Rifleman, there is now a 7% chance to disable a limb.
This mod changes no perks other than description changes, so it won't change your perks or effects.
compatibility:
This mod will be incompatible with any mod that uses esp direct editing privileges. However, mods that edit the item's crafting requirements will be compatible with this mod.
Be sure to review the list of changed permissions in the readme file as these permissions will be affected.
Please note that the current fallout 4 patch has all esp mods disabled when launching the game.
One of the solutions to this problem requires you to open the launcher and then open the mod manager to enable the esp file before playing the game.
