About this mod Machine translation

Grow seven new crops and some new decorations in your settlement! Apples, lemons, pumpkins, blueberries, potatoes, peppers and strawberries.

Preface: Far Harbor Nuclear World DLC

Settlement Menu Manager:

Grow seven new crops in settlements! Apples, lemons, pumpkins, blueberries, potatoes, peppers and strawberries, the new crop also comes with a handful of new embellishments. From baskets filled with crops to jack-o-lanterns; add some extra decoration to your settlement. All new crops and decorations can be found in the new menu (added by SMM) under Resources.

Additionally, some new food-making recipes have been added, from pies to lemonade. All of these can be made at the cooking station from the Vanilla Dessert and Soup menu.

Added a new location where all crops can be found. The Abandoned Farm was added near the Brotherhood Battle Site southeast of Malden (Med-Tek Research). This location is not completely abandoned yet, so be careful! (location shown in photo)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

There are two versions of this mod. Please only use one! The master file does not edit the workshop parent script. This is to cause the least amount of conflict. The only thing to note is that the crops need to be harvested manually and will not be automatically transferred to the workshop like the vanilla crop. There is an optional file to edit the workshop parent script. It's a very minor edit to add crops to the food list so that they will come into the workshop over time like other crops. Edits can easily be overridden by other mods that edit the parent script, since without the edit it doesn't add anything to the workshop, so no real harm is done. Crops can still be harvested manually.

Require:

Requires Stronghold Menu Manager (SMM) to display menus (there are 2 new menus for crops and decorations). Additionally, the Far Harbor and Nuka World DLC are required as both assets are used.

Special thanks to:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
