About this mod Machine translation

Moraelin Manufacturing Inc Manufacturing Company

Add a "trash hopper" that pulls scrapable waste (but not components) out of the shop and spits it off the conveyor at a rate of about 1 piece every 2 seconds. If not found, it will try to pull from any linked workshop.

You can also dump items directly into it, in which case it will just spit them out one after another like a normal hopper. But you don't really need a mod. However, it outputs from its own storage twice as fast as from the studio, so it's an option if you're in a real hurry.

This is useful if you want to use the Recycler from Manufacturing Extended to scrap all the trash into components, but won't run a cycle of pulling the already scraped components and putting them back together like the hopper you already have.

It cannot be configured in any way or shape.

compatibility

It shouldn't conflict with anything as it won't edit any vanilla forms or scripts.

It uses a list of all vanila components, instead of a list of discardable garbage items, it will pull any garbage item that is not a component and write it to at least one vanilla component. So it should equally come from junk projects in mods, as long as they can be scrapped into at least a vanilla component. If a mod defines it's own components, and a project only scraps to those, without a vanilla component, it won't be pulled. But I don't know of any mods that do that.

Require

The Adversarial Workshop DLC is clearly needed.

It requires Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE.)

It doesn't technically require Manufacturing Extended, but the most efficient way is to use it with the Recycler and Workshop Storage projects in Manufacturing Extended. However, if you want to send these junk items into something else, I won't stop you.

Adds a "Junk Hopper" that pulls scrapable junk, but not components, out of the workshop and spits them out on a conveyor belt, at a rate of about 1 item every 2 seconds. If none are found, it will try to pull from any linked workshops.

You can also dump your items directly into it, in which case it will just spit them out one by one, just like a normal hopper. But you didn't really need a mod for that. It outputs twice as fast from its own storage than from the workshop, though, so if you're in a huge hurry, that's an option too.

This is useful if you want to scrap all junk into components with the Recycler from Manufacturing Extended, but not run a loop of pulling already scraped components and putting them back like the existing hoppers would.

It is not configurable in any way or shape.

COMPATIBILITY

It shouldn't conflict with anything, since it doesn't edit any of the vanilla forms or scripts.

It uses a list of all the vanila components, not of scrapable junk items, and it will pull any junk item that isn't a component and scraps into at least one vanilla component. So it should pull junk items that come from mods just as well, as long as they can be scrapped into at least one vanilla component. If a mod defines its own components AND an item scraps only into those, and none of the vanilla components, it will not be pulled. But I don't know of any mods that do that.

REQUIREMENTS

It obviously NEEDS the Contraptions Workshop DLC.

It NEEDS the Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE.)

It doesn't technically require Manufacturing Extended, but it makes the most sense to use it with the Recycler and Workshop Storage items from Manufacturing Extended. Still, if you want to feed those junk items into something else, I'm not stopping you.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
