You can craft it at the Chemistry Station and replace the blade at the Weapons Workbench (additional requirement: smithing )
4 types of blades:
Base: higher base damage
Sharp: Sharp style, target bleed and special damage
Curve: Catana style, increased critical damage
Energy: Overwatch Genji style, reach, increased energy damage
Install:
