SVT-40 is produced at Gunners or vendors around 16+.
The SVT-40 Bayonet spawns on Gunners, Raiders, and Vendors at level 10+. (See Read Me for details)
NOTE: You may need to wait/sleep 24 hours for the Loot List to refresh.
There are also two variants of the "Legendary" gun in the world, the "Azureus" and the "Krasnaya Zima" with their own custom stuff, and it's fun to find them!
(Note: This mod adds guns to the level list via script, so it won't conflict with other mods.)
Way to cheat.
If you can't get the weapon normally, you can follow these steps.
Open the console and enter the following:
player.additem XX000F99
(XX = the # of the mod in the load order, if you're not sure what the # is, you can type "help" svt "4 weapon" into the console and look for "WEAP:svt-40" to get the weapon full ID.)
