About this mod Machine translation
The most comprehensive modular weather, lighting, and visual overhaul for Fallout 4.
Prerequisite: MCM (optional, if you want to use the MCM patch in the package):
As shown in the picture, I don’t feel the need to say anything more about the famous NAC
*By the way, after installation, it is recommended to turn off the abnormal weather of time stagnation in the MCM or BB boy settings, otherwise you will be in trouble*
In addition to the main body and enb compatible patches, I also packaged the MCM patch from and uploaded it together with the Chinese version to make it easier for you to set up.
The Chinese version of the ontology comes from (author smzhfyh, the great power over 3×3):
MCM Chinese translation comes from (author T4Ro14nd):
The following is the original introduction

What Nature and Atmosphere Have in Common: X Legend Edition:
"After 5 years of work, I (original author l00ping, the same below) will be retiring from Fallout 4 Mod. NAC.X is my last gift to the community.
Even though this version has few missing features, it's still my most complete and consistent visual overhaul to date.
I'm proud and happy to share it as is. "
:: Contains the following content::
- Everything is customizable and optional except climate and weather changes.
NAC. X is not a NAC update, but a completely new version of NAC.
It has been completely redone from the ground up and is the cleanest and bug-free version possible.
- Very easy and intuitive to use with the new NAC. The X menu is located in your clothing inventory. Collect it and use it anytime, anywhere, no matter what you wear.
- Over 40 different weather templates with new skyboxes and effects covering all aspects of the atmosphere,
Infuse unique climate settings with the ability to generate thousands of new random weathers.
- 10 original Radstorms and special events ranging from very relaxing to extremely intense experiences.
- Unique weather effects and events, cloud shadows, radiation, rain splash, volumetric fog...
- Realistic night time with built-in brightness control from pitch black to very bright.
- Advanced climate control, built-in seasons, load/select/remove any weather from the climate at any time, provide rain radiation, get Radstorms only in the glowing sea...
- New sound design with customizable wind, rain, thunder and special effects for both exterior and interior, and for all weather and radiation storms.
- Over 20 NACFX presets that can also be combined together to give your game your own custom look.
- Advanced control with NACFX settings (this is an unoptimized part of the mod, not all nacfx settings are implemented, and loading/saving custom presets doesn't work either)
- Exclusive camera effects: lightweight dynamic depth of field, grain, vignette, lens aberration
- Exclusive dynamic interior relighting option, toggles in-game
- In-game options to change third-person perspective, switch divine light, and adapt.
- Reworked skin shader for better subsurface scattering and NAC lighting shadows
- Redone with water and get a better look with NACX lighting
- Functional sunglasses, drug visuals, radiation visuals, switchable flashlights...
The list goes on and on...
NAC X can be safely installed at any point in the game.
As long as NAC is disabled, the uninstall is safe. X Flashlight, load vanilla weather and make a clean save before deleting the mod.
::compatibility::
Compatible with everything except any weather, climate, radiation storm or night mods
ENB users can load ENB's built-in patches from the NAC menu.
::NAC.X ENB::
♦ Download the latest ENB binaries for Fallout 4.
♦ Extract only d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll to the Fallout 4 root folder where the game .exe is located.
♦ Download and extract all contents in NACX_ENB.zip to the Fallout 4 root folder.
Just delete the same files to uninstall.
NAC. X also works on XBOX 1!
That's it
Have fun!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
