Mod description
This is a post that my (original author Omega4D2, the same below) server has just reached the 10k Discord member milestone. This mod aims to replace many of the chemicals in the game with real life drugs, as I don't like weird random synthetic chemicals. This is part of the medical item replacement I use, the other half is currently undisclosed as it requires MAIM 3 which is still in beta, but for now it just replaces most of the chemicals in the game with some real life medicines. I will update this mod to include MAIM 3 medical items when it is released on .
This mod does not change the Stimpack as I highly recommend MrLameGaming's AI-2/Russian Stimpack Replacer

Installation/uninstallation instructions
Installation - Using the Mod Manager: Download the mod via the manager > Then install in the mod manager > Stonks
Installation - without manager: Download mod > Place in Fallout 4 Data folder > Stonks
Uninstall - Using Mod Manager: Remove mod in mod manager > Profit
Uninstall - Without Manager: Delete files from Fallout 4 Data folder > Profit
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
