Mobius’ NCRT60 Powered Armor

You know that weird Ranger Power Armor leak from Fallout Season 2? Well, I tried my best and came up with a preliminary interpretation of that armor. It’s not perfect, but I’ll update with new information once the second season airs.

Original address:

Mobius’ NCR Power Armor:

Apparently the armor was inspired by leaked content from Fallout Season 2. When I first saw these leaks on Instagram, I wasn't sure how I felt about the armor. As time went on, I did start to like it. The design is a little silly, but considering it's a unique piece of armor designed to kill Deathclaws (guess), I ended up being okay with it and even liked it to a certain extent. Making the model was quite difficult as I only had a very few images available. Most of the footage is very blurry. So far I'm pretty happy with its accuracy. I did make some intentional changes, like removing the loops on the front and the blades on the sleeves. I'd like to expand the mod to include these as optional add-ons. Hopefully that update will be released soon. Maybe not before the show airs, but hopefully. I'm really happy with the texture on this one, and it's almost identical to what I saw in the leak. I guess that's all there is to talk about this mod for now, but thanks for downloading it anyway. A lot of work goes into these devices, and it's worth it when someone actually uses them. If you can, make sure to do things to get this mod seen by more people. Share, play, comment, and of course, support if you like it.

Where to get it?

Head to Gunners Square and follow the tracks south to World's Edge. Good luck!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
