Special Thanks and Credits:
Wanderer3292 for his incredible efforts on Goodneighbor Expanded, and Mika999 for his efforts on Better Goodneighbor. These two pretty much did all the leg work. I just did some spring cleaning and threw in a few things. So if you're happy with my mod, go and approve their mod first, and then go back to mine.
PJMail's excellent and super useful PJM's visual preview patching script.
VilanceD's excellent article and guide on Precombine and Previs and Navmeshing.
ShadowoftheWind: Huge thanks to this guy, not only for his great work on CRP - Overgrowth and a ton of other mods, tweaks and fixes available in his Discord server, but also for his help and assistance with rebuilding pre-compositions and pre-runs. Of course, with permission, here's an invite to his Discord server, The Black Pearl. There you will find "CRP - Overgrowth".
Glitchfinder Thanks for his guidance in integrating his Goodneighbor View into my mod and further replicating it with my own unique items (you don't need his mod with this one. That would create quite a few problems).
MaGlas allowed me to incorporate windows from their Fixed Hotel Rexford module. I highly recommend this mod if for some reason my mod isn't to your liking.
Nai: Nai has given me permission to use some of their assets in my mods. What stands out the most is the use of Nai's Goodneighbor Player Home mod, which I've integrated all together (Player Home section). This mod is entirely their own creation, for which they kindly allowed me to bundle it into my mod here. While this mod has some changes (very minor) and a few additions, the aesthetics, assets, and player homepage itself are all Nai's creations. I kindly ask that, while this mod is not required, if you are using my mod, please do download and endorse their mod. It only takes a few minutes and is a great way to say thank you to someone who has contributed so much to this community. In my opinion, their furniture and static pieces are also some of the better ones - for this I've included a few from: Scavver's Settlement Kit; and The Cozy Scavver
MikMet - Mik was very generous with some graffiti for inclusion in my mod, but it didn't quite fit the aesthetic I was going for. He spent a lot of time updating materials and textures so my interior units had the right vibe. Please go check out some of his retextures - they really are some of the best on the planet - you won't be disappointed.

Instructions:
Download and install Better Goodneighbor, then install Goodneighbor Expanded
When installing Goodneighbor Expanded 3.0, please select only the main files required - do not select any patches provided. After installation, open the files and delete the 4 files named "GoodneighborExpanded[Patch-Previs]". You don't need these files.
NOTE: If I don't tell you to install the files, don't install it. The exception is if another mod author makes a patch for my mod that targets my CURRENT VERSION.
Install the main file from here and select an archive/asset file from the "Optional Section" - these archives are almost identical, except one contains 4k assets, only for those from Nai's Goodneighbor Player Home, and the other contains 2k assets. Everything else is the same. The master file contains all plug-ins, the master plug-in, previs files, patches, and a cleaned and repaired version of the CrimeTown.esp file. The second file contains assets. NOTE: Due to the size of the file itself, it is highly recommended that you download the file and install it m …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
